These policies apply to direct bookings on our website. Bookings through other platforms may have different policies. Please contact us directly if you have a question about policies related to your booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Guests will be required to pay 50% of the booking total to reserve desired stay days. We will contact you to confirm details and request the remaining balance before arrival. The day before your scheduled visit, you will recieve your personalized entry code for self check-in and check-out.

Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 15 days of arrival.
Pet policy
We know that pets are a part of the family, which is why we decided to allow them to tag along! - with a $150 pet fee. For the safety of you and your pet, we ask that you follow our pet rules during your stay:

Only small pets are allowed at The Loft.

Keep pets leashed at all times while outside the property.

Clean up all pet waste immediately.

Pets are not allowed on the furniture. If you absolutely cannot keep them off, please cover any furniture thoroughly.

Do not allow pets to bark incessantly or cause disturbances.

By bringing a pet, you agree that you will pay for any and all damages caused by pets to furniture or furnishings at the property.
